The Hangover Contest-Sweet Shoes

Ok everyone! So by now anyone who REALLY wanted to see this flick has probably had the opportunity, either on the big screen or at home! Although you probably wouldn't have noticed (because Sweet Shoes got all of about 2.5 seconds screen time in the wild flick) but we did have a very small role as Heather Grahams' baby's unworn shoes. Yep, we did! Our little skull slips were sitting on the coffee table in the apartment when they finally found their baby mama!
In celebration of our big break, Sweet Shoes is going to have a contest to win a pair of our shoes of your choice. Now here's the kicker, you have to watch the movie! If you have already see it, you may even have to watch it again! Now be warned, it is not a film you want to watch with young children within earshot.
So here it goes, the image above is from the scene that Sweet Shoes were in. You can see where they are circled on the table.

Spring Is in the Air

Well, Spring is sneaking up on us. I know it is hard to believe when many of us are bundling up in scarves and winter coats and trekking through snow still, but it is around the corner.(At least according to the retail calendar) With that said, we are introducing several new styles for the occasion. We have added some great new colors of metallics (See next post) and some bright fun new color combos of our popular Big Wave Slip-ons and have changed the wave on the toe to canvas for a fresh new look. New styles are made with hemp for an eco-friendly edge!
All styles will be available in stores in early March.
We have some exciting new styles arriving for Fall 2010, too! Cant wait!

Love at First Step-Valentine Shoes

Sweet Shoes latest addition are our Valentine specials, featuring two styles of slip-ons adorned with multi-colored heart and sparkles and two styles of metallics with metallic and cutout hearts.
The limited edition styles are all handcrafted with high quality leather and feature two layers of leather and a layer of foam in the sole for added comfort. Also included are Sweet Shoes signature no-slip grip on the bottom.
Available in stores mid-January, they are sure to be "love at first step" for your little Valentine!
